Q: What types of fulfillment can you handle?
A: We currently provide merchandise and literature fulfillment for
a number of clients.
Q: What type of specialty work can you provide?
A: Our handwork services include nesting, hand affixing labels and
hand match insertion. We can machine match mail, machine insert CD's, and
we can sort Canadian mail.
Q: Can you handle repair work for other companies?
A: Our management team has over 60 years of experience in the
mailing and fulfillment industry. One instance that comes to mind involved
envelopes with no glue on the flap. Within a few hours of time, we were
able to devise a way to seal the envelopes, allowing mail to be inserted,
sealed and sorted in one pass.
Q: What is the difference between point & pitch size of a font?
A: Point describes the vertical height of typeface in 1/72nds of an
inch. Pitch defines typefaces horizontally, by the number of characters
that can fit in an inch. In other words, “Point up, Pitch across”.
