Q: What type of backing is preferred for the Label-aire?
A: The only concern is with clear backing, in that case we would require register marks between each label (similar to tabs).

Q: What is the maximum size you can run on your 6x9 inserters?
A: 9 3/4" x 7" with a maximum 2" flap.

Q: What is the maximum size you can run on your 9x12 inserters?
A: 12 1/4"  X 10” with a maximum 3" flap.

Q: What is the maximum size of form (fan-folded or roll) that you can accept on your in-line cutters?
A: 20” wide by 27” LONG

Q: What is the largest diameter roll you can process in bindery?
A: 48” W/ 5” core.

Q: What is maximum I.D. and O.D. you can take on rolls of labels for the Lable-aire?
A: 3” I.D. for core & 16” O.D. for roll.

Q: Can you insert and Lable-Aire in-line?
A: Yes, please call with further questions.

Q: Can you insert CD's into an outer envelope?
A: Yes, up to 1 million CD's a day.
