management team. Ms. Cindy Duong
will be joining Superior’s staff
on Monday, September 24th as
Director of Quality Management.
Ms. Duong is a certified Six
Sigma Black Belt with over 3
years of experience using Six
Sigma methodology and training
20+ Green Belts.
Ms. Duong’s first order of
business will be utilizing Six
Sigma process methodology to
integrate our quality control
processes to output customer
reports. These reports will
integrate nightly
production/quality data and be
available to customers with
secured access through this web
site.
