What are your Shipping and Receiving hours?
A: Our Shipping and Receiving department operates between the
hours of 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. CST, unless prior arrangements are made at the
cost of the customer concerned.
Q: What are your dock
limitations?
A: Truck limitations are 48" dock height on straight trucks, 13'
6" high 52' long by tractor trailers.
Q:
What should I include on my Bill of Lading?
A: A Bill of Lading must accompany each and every shipment with
the following information:

Shippers name and address with
phone number of contact.

Carriers name and contact phone
number

Number of skids and counts per box
or bundle and carton counts

Component & component codes with
individual counts (if applicable)

Weight per skid.

Ship date and delivery date.

Job name /Client

Superior Mailing)
Note: All shipments received are subject to our
verification counts at the time of production.
